NEW: EXPRESS SHIPPING NOW AVAILABLE

The Express Shipping option is available at checkout, at much better rates than before.
This is either Chronopost or UPS (depending on the country of destination), both services delivering to you in less than a week.
Please note that the political situation can affect transport dates in certain countries.

ECONOMIC SHIPPING

The Economic option while more affordable, can be slower and take up to a couple weeks to get your package delivered to you. We suggest you pick another option if you want your order delivered by a specific date.

CLICK & COLLECT IN PARIS GARE DU NORD (BY APPOINTMENT)

We offer an in-person pickup / click-and-collect option, in Paris only, and by appointment at Gare du Nord (metro station, and train station for Eurostar & Thalys). No other pickup locations are possible.
This option allows you to pay no shipping fees.
You can pick up your order yourself, or ask someone you trust to collect it for you.
To use this option, select it at checkout. After your payment has been made, we will e-mail you to offer date and time options for an appointment at Gare du Nord station.
Please only select this option if you (or someone you know) can collect the order at the aforementioned location.

SHIPPING FREQUENCY

Orders are shipped at least once a week, from Paris.
If you would like to be delivered for a specific date or have any questions, please e-mail us us beforehand.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Due to the different security measures related to COVID-19 still in place depending on country and/or cities affecting processing through customs and distribution, delivery times may be longer that usual for some international orders.
We do ship orders in the usual conditions from Paris, but have no control on delays that maybe be happening for security reasons.
If you’re placing an order, please have these special circumstances in mind.
